1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the DMS Social Media Operations Platform ("DMS", "we", "our", or "us") provided by 深圳市舒玛特科技有限公司. DMS is a web-based platform used by authorized business teams to connect official social media accounts, publish or schedule content, manage publishing records, and synchronize permitted operation data.
Supported integrations may include TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, and other services, depending on each platform's approved API capabilities, user authorization, and organizational configuration.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the features used and permissions granted by authorized users, DMS may collect and process the following categories of information:
- Business account information, such as organization, tenant, department, user, role, and account identifiers.
- Authorization information, such as OAuth status, access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiry times, granted scopes, and connected platform status.
- Connected social account information, such as platform account IDs, page IDs, channel IDs, organization IDs, display names, avatars, profile URLs, and account status.
- Content and media information, such as post text, titles, captions, images, videos, thumbnails, links, publishing options, scheduled times, publishing status, and platform content IDs.
- Operation and synchronization information, such as publishing records, error messages, synchronization results, comments, replies, messages, views, impressions, likes, shares, and other metrics when permitted by the relevant platform.
- Technical information, such as request logs, IP address, browser metadata, device metadata, security logs, and operation records used for troubleshooting and service reliability.
3. OAuth and Third-Party Platform Data
DMS uses official OAuth or platform authorization processes only when an authorized user chooses to connect a third-party social media account. DMS does not ask for third-party platform passwords.
Granted permissions are used to provide connected account features requested by the user or their organization, such as account binding, content upload, content publishing, publishing status management, comment or message synchronization, and authorized reporting.
For TikTok, DMS may use TikTok Login Kit to identify a connected TikTok account and TikTok Content Posting API to upload or publish user-approved video content after the authorized user confirms the account, media, caption, and posting options.
DMS only processes TikTok authorization data for users and organizations located in regions where TikTok services are officially available. DMS does not provide TikTok integration services to users located in mainland China.
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- To authenticate users and maintain organization-based access control.
- To connect, identify, and manage social media accounts authorized by users.
- To create, upload, preview, schedule, publish, synchronize, and manage user-approved content.
- To retrieve and display authorized platform data, including account status, content status, comments, messages, and metrics where supported.
- To record which user, organization, account, or platform performed an operation.
- To maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, investigate errors, and improve service reliability.
- To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, security, and platform policy requirements.
DMS only performs platform actions that are requested by authorized users, configured by their organization, or enabled by the permissions they have granted.
6. Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account information, OAuth tokens, content data, and operation records from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Sensitive authorization data is stored in server-side systems and is not intentionally exposed to public users.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We work to maintain appropriate security controls and respond to suspected security issues according to operational and legal requirements.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide DMS features, maintain operation records, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal or platform requirements, support business operations, and protect service security.
Users may request deletion of connected account authorization data or other applicable information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, audit, legal compliance, platform compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
8. User Choices and Control
Users may disconnect social media accounts in DMS where the feature is available, revoke access from the relevant third-party platform account settings, or contact us for assistance with account removal or data deletion.
If an organization manages access to DMS, users may also need to contact their organization administrator for access changes, account removal, or operation record requests.
9. International Processing
DMS may process information on servers or service providers located in different regions. By using DMS and connecting third-party platforms, users understand that information may be processed where DMS or its service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new updated date. Continued use of DMS after an update means the updated Policy is accepted.
